I have been in corporate Human Resources and Staffing/Search all of my career. I was lucky enough to find my passion early on. I founded Cartwright Search Group out of a desire to be at the helm and run a business with integrity, full disclosure and commitment to both clients and candidates, making the best professional and cultural match for both.
Always a networker, matchmaker and relationship builder, I get a charge out of bringing people together and making that connection. It’s never work when you love what you do!

Eve is the Founder of Cartwright Search Group and has over 30 years of combined experience in Corporate Human Resources and Executive/Contingency Search. She previously worked for Gartner as the Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Administrator, helping to grow the firm from 250 employees to over 2,500. Eve also worked for TechTarget as Recruitment Manager for C- Level Conferences. Eve is a graduate of Lasell University and Simmons University. CPC Certified and a Member of the NAPW. Eve lives in Chatham, MA

VP of Business Relations and Recruitment
Paige brings 15 years of recruiting expertise, having worked in Corporate Human Resources within financial, technology, retail and consulting services. Most recently, Paige was a Senior Recruiter with BerryDunn, (CPA and Management Consulting firm) based in Portland, Maine. Her primary focus was leading hiring efforts within their Government Consulting Group. Prior, she worked as a Technical Recruiter with L.L.Bean in Freeport, Maine. Paige has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College and resides in Falmouth, Maine.

Director of Technical Recruiting and New Business Development.
Tom is a seasoned recruitment professional with 25+ years’ experience on both the corporate and agency side with an extensive background in sourcing and placements across multiple technology verticals. Most recently with Korn Ferry Executive Search, Tom sourced and hired for the Technology and Digital Officers Practice, placing top technical talent for Korn Ferry clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Tom has worked with various clients in the healthcare, consumer packaged goods and life sciences industries including CVS Health, Wolters Kluwer Health, Athena Health, Boston Beer Company and Thermo-Fisher, as well as top-tier management consulting firms such as Deloitte, CSC, and Ernst & Young.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University where he played baseball and currently resides on Cape Cod.
